Zynga games blocked by message couldn't load plugin

Issue description

<b>Chrome Version       : <Copy from: 'about:version'></b> 54.0.2840.99m
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari
    Firefox:    Have no others. But will load on a different computer with Chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Load facebook
(2)Load Farmville2
(3)

What is the expected result? Game header appears, white title page saying Couldn't load plugin.


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome reported version #54.0.2840.99 and latest canary #56.0.2919.0.

Attached a screen cast for your reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Loaded URL: https://www.facebook.com/FarmVille2/
2. Observed that the game loaded without any issues.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #56.0.2919.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue persist or not.

please check if right clicking and clicking on "Run this plugin" plays the game.

ALso Could you please navigate to chrome://settings/content and check which option is enabled under plugins section.
