Bullets sometimes fail to render correctly

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.99 (Official Build) m (32-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :https://web.archive.org/web/20161112041547/https://thorlancaster.github.io/
Other browsers tested: Firefox OK
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK 49.0.2
         IE: OK 11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to the URL.
(2) Close the "wayback machine" page header
(3) Click the "show" and "hide" buttons next to "cross country". 
What is the expected result?
All page elements render correctly.

What happens instead?
The bullets under the "basketball" section fail to render correctly about 1/3 of the time.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Certain elements of the page are dynamically resized using Javascript. That may trigger the bug.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.11.6 and linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.99 and latest canary 56.0.2919.0 with below steps
1. opened chrome
2.Navigated to the url https://web.archive.org/web/20161112041547/https://thorlancaster.github.io/
3.closed the "wayback machine" page header
4.Clicked the "show" and "hide" buttons next to "cross country".
Observed that all page elements rendered correctly.
Please find the attached screen-cast and could you please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

I think it' s probably just my computer then, we have had graphics card
issues in the past and still do. A work-around is including a div with a
transparent box-shadow before any of the page.
