veyron_mighty-paladin and elm-paladin failed at "Unhandled DevtoolsTargetCrashException: Devtools target crashed"

sheriffs@, can you please take a quick look if the failure was caused by a bad CL? just open a bug to track the investigation.

The test was modified a few days ago by achuith@, not sure if this is related. Assigning to him for evaluating and further suggestions.
