Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2913.4 OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Put phone in airplane mode. (2) Attempt to navigate to a URL. What is the expected result? Chrome should know that the phone is in airplane mode and display relevant suggestions: turn off airplane mode or turn on wifi What happens instead? Irrelevant suggestions, such as checking the signal in my area are provided. The key observation here is that on Android we can determine the state of the system's radios and provide on-point suggestions for how to get back online instead of just 3 suggestions of which only some may apply.

Just tried this on Android 7.0.0 with Chrome 62.0.3202.84, and the list of suggestions displayed by Chrome now include "Turning off airplane mode" and "Turning on mobile data or Wi-Fi". The issue seems to be fixed now. |
