PresentationConnectionCloseReason is named PresentationConnectionClosedReason in the spec

Spec says: PresentationConnectionClosedReason
Mozilla implemented: PresentationConnectionClosedReason
We implemented: PresentationConnectionCloseReason (no "d")

It's not web observable so there is no urgency. I'm not sure if the spec should be fixed because everything is using "Close" instead of "Closed". Either way, it's a tiny change.

Assigning to mfoltz@ because he owns the spec and I don't feel comfortable making such call as a non-native speaker ;)

Let me see what the convention is from other specs (as far as I can tell).
