Cleanup MSAN error in media_unittests

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Build media_unittests with use_msan = True
(2) Run media_unittests
(3)

What is the expected result?
No

What happens instead?

mp2t_stream_parser_unittest.cc crashes with an unititialized value error.
