Multiple Image processes running if multiple apps are installed within chrome browser.

Issue description

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
The issue is- if a user has multiple apps installed in chrome browser instance. It creates multiple image processes running on the system.Even When you terminate the browser, this processes still continues to run in the background occupying some CPU time.

VERSION
Chrome Version: [ 54.0.2840.71] + [stable]
Operating System: [Windows 7]

REPRODUCTION CASE
1.Open a chrome browser instance.
2.Open the Task Manager and navigate to see the running processes.
3.Notice the multiple image processing running occupying some CPU resource.
4.Close/Terminate the Browser.
5.These processes still continues to run in background occupying some CPU resource.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7 using chrome reported version-54.0.2840.71, latest stable-62.0.3202.75 & Canary-64.0.3255.3 .

Observed all the running chrome processes got stopped running in Windows task manager when we close the chrome browser .

Could you please check this issue by upgrading chrome to the latest chrome versions and let us know your observations on the same.

Yes, It is working well and fine on the latest chrome version. We can probably close this issue.

Hope to find something better next time.
