tooltip displayed is from previous title attribute in some case

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Move mouse pointer to want block with long HTML title attribute and wait for tooltip. This tooltip shall be multiline.
2. Promptly move mouse pointer to another block with short HTML title attribute.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Observe part of previous tooltip text.

See attached video.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 54.0.2840.99 and canary 56.0.2919.0.Observed the tool tip displayed fine for both blocks without any issues.
Please find the attached screen cast and confirm anything missed here.

vvavrychuk@request you please try the issue by upgrading to the latest stable and update the thread if the issue still persists.

You are doing everything correctly. Lastest stable available for me for download is 54.0.2840.100. I can still reproduce the issue there.

Somehow I was able to reproduce the issue on the latest stable(55.0.2883.87) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04. This is too inconsistent to provide a reliable bisect. Happens 2/10 times. I was unable to reproduce the same on the latest Beta(56.0.2924.28) and the latest Dev(57.0.2950.4) on Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
