window.opener.location.reload() does not work anymore in chrome v54

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create parent page with a popup link: window.open(.....)
2. in the popup (child) page build body tag as follows: <body onunload="window.opener.location.reload();">
3. Close the popup

What is the expected behavior?
the parent page should reload

What went wrong?
the parent page does not reload anymore.

Did this work before? Yes v53

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
