Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Select Keyboard from bottom right Menu
(2) Personalize languages and input
(3) Add Romanian language
(4) Select input language Romanian language

Expected Result:

special characters 

î ă ţ â ş 

Actual Result:

[ ] ' \ ;  - instead of the above special characters

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Unable to edit romanian language documents.
