veyron_speedy-paladin failed at video_* tests

veyron_speedy-paladin HwTest failed at video_ChromeHWDecodeUsed and the other video_* tests. Need further investigation.

Should be Chrome crashes, but it is just a paladin. Doe you see it anywhere else?
