Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2913.0 OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit http://jsbin.com/jorapep/edit?html,css,output What is the expected result? Expect sticky position object to be aligned with border. What happens instead? Instead, it is offset by double the thickness of the border. Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
