Canceled downloads cause overlap on download bar

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a file and cancel is before it finishes.
2. Download another file and look at the download bar

What is the expected behavior?
The download bar not to overlap text

What went wrong?
The text for the canceled download overlaps other text

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Tested on Mac OS 10.11.6 using chrome stable M54 #54.0.2840.98 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screenshot for reference.

Could you please try with the latest chrome stable and a fresh profile , if you still face the issue , please write us with your observations.

Looks like it's working fine now with version 54.0.2840.98 (64-bit).
