Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install 64-bit Chrome Enterprise MSI version 54.0.2840.99
2. Attempt to uninstall either via msiexec /x {GUIDVALUE}, msiexec /x MSIname.msi, via programs & features, or via right-clicking the MSI and choosing uninstall.
3. ??? Profit

What is the expected behavior?
Product should uninstall.

What went wrong?
Product does not uninstall, it gives an error message preventing removal of the product no matter how you attempt to uninstall it.

Did this work before? Yes 54.0.2840.87
