What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install enough extensions that Chrome runs multiple ones in the same process.
2. Cause that process to die, either through task manager or something going wrong.
What is the expected result?
One notification that describes what happened and offers options.
What happens instead of that?
Lots of spammy notifications.
