Issue description

Version: 56.0.2907.0 , samus

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Turn on Cvox
(2)Listen to the TTS audio 

What is the expected result?

TTS should read the text that Cvox id focused on

What happens instead?

The TTS audio pauses long while reading out the text Cvox is focused on

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
