Not seeing all boards in "DUT board inventory" emails

Richard, I thought the board inventory emails were to show all boards, but it seems that some boards drop out for no reason I can tell. 

ie, Chell doesn't show up in today's mail (DUT board inventory 2016-11-10.06) but it did show up a few weeks ago (DUT board inventory 2016-10-28.14) 

According to cautotest, Chell was running tests today as expected (ie, chromeos4-row11-rack9-host11, chromeos4-row12-rack10-host19)

We don't list boards that have no failures; see  bug 588002 .

If you want to recommend a change, we could presumably
change the reporting to list boards with no failures
separately.

That's right, I forgot the lab team had requested that change.

My use case was doing a quick gut check of how many of x we have in the lab, and the inventory email was fast :)

You can close for now, sounds like working as intended
