Chrome icon is too small

Chrome icon on shelf is not rendering correctly (see screenshot). 

This is on self-built image, hence P3/Unconfirmed. Please follow the steps Albert explained to update the image and confirm this still happens.

Albert's instructions were:

1: Sync again.
2: touch //src/chrome/app/generated_resources.grd
3: Rebuild

Issue still persists with a fresh checkout of 56.0.2915.0.

I think I might forgotten to do "gclient sync" after checking out a new SHA in git.  I cannot reproduce now.
