At the moment, sheriff-o-matic is showing me that the "WebKit Win 7 (dbg)" builder has failed seven builds in a row with the same failing test:

imported/wpt/html/browsers/history/the-location-interface/reload_post_1.html 

However, that test has only actually failed on the past four builds, and there were other tests failing for the other three.

It looks like we might have a bug somewhere in the clustering logic?
