It has been failing since https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.android/builders/Android%20WebView%20CTS%20L-MR1%20%28dbg%29/builds/17763

This CL seems suspecious: https://codereview.chromium.org/2425923003
The failure message doesn't really help, it seems the test just crashed

I will disable the test first
