Reproduction Steps: 
I am hoping to get a version of the Australian Google TTS voice on Chrome OS. THe Android variant only works on one of my Chromebooks, and moreover is lacking in quality and clarity. The voices available with CVox are clearer and more high-quality, however when accessing the list of voices with CVox options, the Australian variant is not present. To repro, perform the following:
1. CVox+O+O (I know this has been depricated, but not sure of any other way to adjust these options)
2. Tab to select a voice.
3. Up and down arrow, and notice that Australian is not present.

There is an Australian variant as part of the Android Google TTS, but it is not optimized for PC I don't think.
