We roughly have the ability to specify a label per tree. I think we should make the file bug link add that label to the bug template it creates for you. So, the bugs you file when you click the file bug link should have Performance-Sheriff-BotHealth added by default. (This isn't done by default, but can be fairly easily changed).

Android device failures having OS Android and Infra>Labs is doable, but a bit tricky. I don't believe we have the ability to do this now, but it does make sense to allow.

Infra failures being marked as Infra-Trooper should eventually happen; zhangtiff@ is working on this being done by default, I think. I think eventually Infra failures won't show up by default on perf, because they'll show up in a Trooper tab, and will be handled by troopers.

I should be able to do this. 

Is the label Performance-Sheriff-BotHealth something that Perf sheriffs need to look at regularly? Would perf sheriffs like to have a bug queue based around this label like chromium sheriffs have a label based around Sheriff-Chromium?
