"Not secure" capitalization on Views |

Issue descriptionCapitalization should follow platform conventions: Windows, Chrome OS and Linux use sentence style capitalization for labels, so on these platforms it should be "Not secure" (macOS uses title style capitalization, so should be "Not Secure")
