Call stack opens every time a breakpoint is hit

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Place a breakpoint in an file. (Code must be hit multiple times in a page refresh)
2. Minimize the Call Stack dropdown
3. F8 on first breakpoint occurence

What is the expected behavior?
The call stack dropdown should remain closed.

What went wrong?
The call stack dropdown opened.

Did this work before? Yes Unknown. 2 months > ago

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

This is frustrating for those of us who are trying to glance at the Scope dropdown, and having to close the Call Stack dropdown to bring it back in view.
