Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7,Mac 10.1.6, Linux Ububtu 14.04: Provided bisect as per Comment#0. The script might not always return single CL as suspects some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/8ec0740f51368ce84fd4ad5cd5ba9947f47c96cf..938d5431c9cbb0a6ded5f2d5fdc5a4091b3c0ab3 Possible suspect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/938d5431c9cbb0a6ded5f2d5fdc5a4091b3c0ab3 dbeam@ Please take a look into it and please help us to reassign this issue to a right owner if not with respect to this change. Based on offline chat with dbeam@ any bugs related to "material-design-Settings" shouldn't be considered as Blocker at this time and the feature is behind the Finch.
