Regression : Text overlaps with arrow icon in 'Network' section of devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools
2. Now go to 'Network' section and press 'Cmd + R' to record some activity and reload the page.
3. Now drag the 'Waterfall' column to LHS and RHS and observe the time text and arrow icon

Actual: Text overlaps with arrow icon when dragged to LHS and RHS
Expected: Text should be seen properly

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info :

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

You are probably looking for a change made after 430357 (known good), but no later than 430358 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
