Non Regression: 'Create New Facebook Account' text is seen shifted towards R.H.S. on launching Facebook app.

Version: 56.0.2910.0/8970.0.0 dev-channel Cyan.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>> Go to Play store>> Install Facebook app
(2)After successful installation open app and observe 'Create New Facebook Account' Text at the bottom of the app (Please refer video)

Expected: No such shifting of 'Create New Facebook Account' text should be seen.(Text should rendered at center)
Actual: Instead 'Create New Facebook Account' text is seen shifted towards  R.H.S. on launching Facebook app.

This is Non-regression issue as it is also seen in 54.0.2840.93/8743.83.0 stable channel veryon_minnie.

Note: This issue is not applicable for Linux and Windows.

I don't see a duplicate b/ bug for this. This looks like an app issue anyway so nothing we can do.
