Regression: [MD Settings] Cursor is seen weird in 'Street address' textbox.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2915.0 (Official Build)7e98c2b4a1ec78272cb23b318b069bfe6a66871d-refs/heads/master@{#431137} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill page. 2. Click on 'Add address' button under 'Addresses' section ('Add address' overlay will open). 3. Type any long address under 'Street address' textbox such that cursor reaches to the next line. 4. Now, observe the cursor. Cursor is seen weird (Very long) in next line of Street address textbox. Cursor should seen properly in next line of Street address textbox. This is a regression issue, broken in M-55 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 54.0.2795.0 Bad build: 54.0.2797.0 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.6 chrome version 56.0.2916.0 Working on bisect - will provide the info soon
