Regression: In Report an issue overlay, ’s’ in Send button is seen in lowercase.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2915.0 Revision 7e98c2b4a1ec78272cb23b318b069bfe6a66871d-refs/heads/master@{#431137} 64 Bit.
OS: Mac (10.12.1)

Steps:
1) Launch chrome, click on wrench menu and select ‘Help’ option.
2) Select Report an issue option.
3) Observe the Send button in Report an issue overlay.

’s’ in ‘send’ button is in lowercase.

’s’ in ‘Send’ button should be in uppercase.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-55, will soon update other info

Note: Issue is seen on Linux (14.04 LTS). Issue is not seen on Windows 7,8,10, Mac (10.11.6).

Note: Unable to reproduce the issue in Chromium builds as ‘Report an issue’ overlay is not seen in Chromium builds. Hence providing suspect from Changelog URL.

This can't be seen on 56.0.2924.76 nor on 58.0.2998.0. Most likely it was a regression in blink (or somewhere else) and was already fixed.

Please reopen if it's still valid.
