This issue is GPU specific, hence not a RBD.

Seems unlikely to be the cause given the platform-specific nature of the symptoms.  I can't repro on linux.

Dan, Lei, can we find someone with an appropriate build to bisect this?

I don't have access to a HighDPI windows machine, so I can't bisect further.

brajkumar: Can you do a "per-revision" bisect to get a narrower regression range?

Unable to perform per-revision bisect on high-DP monitor for windows on Dell precision M3800. Observing crash when chrome build invokes and unable to proceed further. 

Moreover this issue is not seen on chrome latest canary #56.0.2919.0. In this case could any one please confirm can we close this bug?

Confirmed this issue is not reproducible on Windows-10 using chrome latest M56-56.0.2924.0. Observed print preview is displayed as expected with no issues.
