Regression : Unnecessary highlight is on all options after clicking on 'Advanced' button in chrome://md-settings.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings and open devtools and go to emulated view.
2. Now click on 'Menu' icon to open menu drawer and then click on 'Advanced' button and observe.

Actual: Unnecessary highlight is on all options after clicking on 'Advanced' button in Menu
Expected: Unnecessary highlight should not be seen on all options after clicking on 'Advanced' button in Menu

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:54.0.2815.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 54.0.2815.0 (Revision: 408889).
Bad build: 54.0.2816.0 (Revision: 409090).

You are probably looking for a change made after 409074 (known good), but no later than 409075 (first known bad).

Not high priority, since it's only when Dev tools is open.

Anyone who wants it can grab it. I'm not uniquely qualified to fix this.
