Video is not rendering properly in fullscreen mode for https://ride.uber.com

Issue description

Chrome Version:56.0.2914.1 (Official Build) 053f6e8e059ceba139a584c213c6cbd046839b8f-refs/branch-heads/2914@{#2}
OS: Windows (7.8.10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://ride.uber.com/en_US/video
2. Click on 'Fullscreen' icon and observe the video.

Actual: Video is not render properly in fullscreen mode 
Expected: Video should render properly in fullscreen mode 

This is regression issue, broken in 'M 56' and will soon provide the manual info.

Correction:
Above issue is non-regression issue,seen from 'M 43'(43.0.2312.0)

Note: Issue is seen Mac and Linux OS.
