Reported by penpen...@gmail.com, Nov 10 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. visit https://iris.bur.cuhk.edu.hk (this site is restricted to our intranet)
2. chrome shows: Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from iris.bur.cuhk.edu.hk (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED
3. Other browsers are fine

What is the expected behavior?
Visit the site correctly as other browser does

What went wrong?
Chrome does not allow browsing https://iris.bur.cuhk.edu.hk/iris
While we cannot find any mistake on the CA and server certificate. other browsers can browse this website normally.

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Hi, this isn't a bug in Chrome - that error means that the certificate on that site has been revoked. If you report this to the administrators of https://iris.bur.cuhk.edu.hk, they should be able to install a new certificate on their site. Thanks!
