Slow loading on multiple websites

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.99 OS Version: 10.0 URLs (if applicable) : facebook.com Other browsers tested: IE 7/8/9: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Enter a website What is the expected result? Website loads. What happens instead of that? Website takes > 5 minutes to load. netinternals attached. Not all websites are slow, just the greater majority. Scanned with srt/mrt/avast, reset winsock + flush dns, reinstalled, disabling plugins and apps. Only affected at home over 4g on chrome exclusively. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Issue was not apparent with IE on the same network, only with chrome on that specific network. Chrome on all other networks was fine.
