Measure time spent after seeing HTTP bad warning before navigating/closing tab/closing Chrome |

Issue descriptionWe want to know if the "Not secure" omnibox warning scares users away from the site or Chrome. The best way we can think of to measure this is to UMA the time spent before navigating, closing the tab, or closing Chrome after seeing a password or credit card field on an HTTP page. This will take a little investigation to figure out how to measure this.
