Voice Search over Bluetooth [iOS 10]

Status: Available (was: Unconfirmed)
Issue is reproducible only on iOS 10 devices.  Checked on chrome stable version 54.0.2840.91.

Steps to repro:
1.  Connect bluetooth device to mobile device.
2.  Launch chrome and tap on mic icon on NTP.
3.  Provide voice input through bluetooth device.

Observed results:  No action takes place.

Expected results:  Voice input provided through bluetooth device should be accepted and results should be displayed.
