Enable middle-click on submit buttons

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Input something in a form 
2. Click with your middle mouse button (mouse wheel) on the submit button
3. Nothing

What is the expected behavior?
Submit the form and open the result in a new tab.

What went wrong?
Middle click isnt occupied yet

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

would be a realy nice (very little) thing for the user experience

This feature was requested for Firefox long time ago: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17754
As you can see there are lots of well-grounded pros and cons.
