Make a bitmaprenderer canvas an ImageSource

At this moment, we cannot correct handle drawImage or createImageBitmap
with a source canvas that is associated with an ImageBitmapRenderingContext.
This CL makes sure that the canvas can be an ImageSource. Layout tests
are added.
