Screen Resolution fluctiation

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.71 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Bug of screen resolution to be constantly changed to 640 should been only 1280.
2. once the screen resolution is set up for 1280 why it changes when you use only chrome. 
3. always gets me dark screen. changes frequently. 

What is the expected behavior?
After fixing this bug hope to be stable on screen setting.

What went wrong?
Screen resolution. Came to know there is bug within the Chrome not windows. Hope it's true.

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on windows-7.
Observed the dark screen after changing the screen resolution to 1280.But issue observed after uninstalling 
the Chrome also. Seems the issue is specific to Windows.
