Eebsite's horizontal navigation incorrectly loaded after multiple clicks - deskmodder.de

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Clear browser data 
2. Open https://www.deskmodder.de/blog/
3. Confirm OK for cookie message at end of page
4. Watch website's horizontal main navi, it has triangles for submenus
5. Hit the blue Wiki button on main horizontal navi 
wait until page completely loaded 
repeat 5. multiple times!
6. After a while the main menu lost the triangles for submenus

What is the expected behavior?
The main navigation shows the triangles and submenus

What went wrong?
The main navigation looses the triangles and submenus

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? No
 Opera 41.0.2353.56 and Vivaldi 1.5.658.3 / both x86

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87   Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Same on Opera 41 and Chrome 54

Tested the issue on chrome Stable #54.0.2883.87, Canary 57.0.2963.0 in Windows 10.0 and was able to reproduce the issue.

This is a Non-Regression issue since seeing this from M30 #30.0.1549.0, Making the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Note : 
1.Able to reproduce the issue in MAC 10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04.
2.Able to reproduce the issue in Firefox also.
