Regression:Focus is not seen properly for 'More from this site' option in chrome://history/

Chrome Version : 56.0.2914.0 (Official Build)a081fcfbc7471a6681142d49491b82f7b8402851-refs/heads/master@{#430837} 32/64-bit
OS : Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history/
(2)Open devtools window( Press F12) and resize to L.H.S.(Kindly refer the video)  
(3)Now scroll towards R.H.S and click on 'More actions' icon.
(4)Observe the focus for 'More from this site' option.

Actual:Focus is not seen properly for 'More from this site' option.

Expected:Focus should be seen properly  for 'More from this site' option.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-54,will soon update other info.

Good build:54.0.2793.0
Bad build:54.0.2895.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 54.0.2793.0 (Revision: 404564).
Bad build: 54.0.2795.0 (Revision: 405182).

You are probably looking for a change made after 405047 (known good), but no later than 405048 (first known bad).
