Lock and info icon blurry on Mac

Issue description

Version: 56.0.2914.0
OS: Mac

On Mac, the lock and info icon are horizontally stretched and blurry, see attached screenshots. The triangle icon seems fine, but may also be affected. Interestingly, the info icon looks fine when the verbose state is shown. Maybe this is caused by the transform/scale animation?
