Regression: Pop-up for links under Initiator column of Network section does not vanish after clicking on it.

Chrome version: 56.0.2913.0 (Official Build) 75d01e1f338c8a452f7d9aa80c2bfa463c0ce4f0-refs/heads/master@{#430459}-32/64 bit
OS : Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, go to NTP and open Devtools(F12),go to 'Network' section,
2. Reload the page and hover mouse on any link under Initiator column such that pop-up is seen and then click on it.
3. Observe.

Actual: Pop-up of links under Initiator column does not vanish after clicking on it.

Expected: Pop-up of links under Initiator column should vanish after clicking on it.

This is a regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update the bisect info.

Good build: 56.0.2912.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 56.0.2912.0 (Revision: 430205)
Bad build: 56.0.2913.0 (Revision: 430459)

You are probably looking for a change made after 430357 (known good), but no later than 430358 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

[Devtools] Remove popover on click initiator column

Fixes a regression that when an initiator was clicked in network it
would not hide when the panel was hidden.

Verified the issue on windows 10, Mac 10.11.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome dev version #56.0.2922.0 as per comment #0.

Observed that the pop-up of links under "Initiator column" vanished after clicking on it as expected.

Hence, the fix is working as expected.

Attaching screen cast for reference.

Adding the verified labels.
