Regression: Unnecessary avatar bubble opens when right clicked on avatar icon.

Version: 56.0.2914.0 (Official Build)a081fcfbc7471a6681142d49491b82f7b8402851-refs/heads/master@{#430837} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://settings.
(2) From People section, add a person (New person windows opens).
(3) In New person window, right click on avatar icon in top R.H.S and observe.

Unnecessary avatar bubble opens on right click.

Avatar bubble should not open on right click.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update other info

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 56.0.2912.0 (Revision: 430205).
Bad build: 56.0.2913.0 (Revision: 430459).

You are probably looking for a change made after 430359 (known good), but no later than 430360 (first known bad).

Still able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04, Win 10.0 and Mac 10.11.6 using latest chrome version 57.0.2926.0.

anthonyvd@ Could you please look into this issue.

Sorry I missed this. 

This is working as intended, the new MD user menu introduced fast user switching inside the left-click User Menu so the right-click fast user switcher was removed. To improve the experience for users used to right-clicking, we added the User Menu on right-click of the button as well.

See  crbug.com/657291  for more info about this decision.
