Regression: 2D Canvas experiment doesn't work after dragging tab back to original window.

Reported by vku...@etouch.net, Nov 9 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version:56.0.2913.0 (Official Build) 75d01e1f338c8a452f7d9aa80c2bfa463c0ce4f0-refs/heads/master@{#430459} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://29a.ch/sandbox/2010/box2d2/test.html
(2)Right click on tab and click on 'duplicate' option from context menu.
(3)Now drag tab out from original window and again drag it back.
(4)Click to play and observe.

Actual: 2D Canvas experiment doesn't work after dragging tab back to original window.

Expected: 2D Canvas experiment should work even after dragging tab back to original window.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M49' and will soon update other info.

The change I landed in r369728 should affect ONLY if the example uses CSS Grid Layout elements, which doesn't seem the case.
Still able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu14.04 and Win 10.0 using latest chrome version 57.0.2926.0.

huangs@ Could you please look into this issue.

Are you sure? I just tried to repro in M57 on Ubuntu and Windows and was unable. The demo remained functional after redocking the tab.

Tentatively closing bug.
