Get views_aura_mus_unittests on a bot

Issue description

There are ~50 tests failing at this point. I think a big class are because of tooltips. The rest need to be investigated. We may want to run the failing ones for the time being so we have some test coverage.

Adds views_aura_mus_unittests to the chromeos ozone bot

The bot has been all green since last patch, so lets add
views_aura_mus_unittests to the chromeos waterfall.

I'm not adding it to the x11 config as I believe we don't care about that config, and it often times has some wierdness
