Device connection errors can produce a number of different errors. At the moment, the error code string is displayed on the chrome://bluetooth-internals page if an error occurs when a user tries to connect.
Each error needs a descriptive string to inform users of what the issue is, what could have caused it, and what could be done to fix it.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
