Android Nexus 4 swaps red and blue on image LayoutTests

Run any of the following LayoutTests on Android Nexus 4.  Red and blue will be swapped.

fast/images/jpeg-with-color-profile.html
fast/images/png-with-color-profile.html
fast/images/exif-orientation-image-document.html
