Issue descriptionChrome Version:56.0.2913.3 (Official Build) Revision 73b634e02bc2c01f2142a3797fd1d7be2f23fd97-refs/branch-heads/2913@{#4} (32/64 Bit) OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.10.5,10.11.4),Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.vudu.com/ (2)Click on "kumbo" video under 'trending movies' (3)Now click on 'play trailer'(green color) button and simultaneously observe at the bottom of page. Actual: Glimpse of plugin block overlay is seen while loading the video. Expected: No such glimpse of plugin block overlay should be seen while loading the video. This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and below is the manual regression range: Good Build: Bad Build: NOTE: Above issue is reproducible with the machines having following screen resolution 1. Windows/Linux : 1280 X 1024 display resolution 2. Mac: 15.4 inch (2880 x 1800)

Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest M55 #55.0.2883.65 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. vkupte@ Could you please confirm is this is still as issue from your end? Thanks!

Please ignore my above comment #6. Able to reproduce the issue, in widows 10 with chrome version #57.0.2952.0 These are the steps i followed. 1. Launch google chrome and navigate to "http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content/788290/Jason-Bourne" 2. zoom out the page upto 50% 3. Click on the play button. Observed the Glimpse of plugin block overlay. Attaching the screencast and chrome plugins html for your reference.
