Printing has random missing characters

Reported by kailniri...@gmail.com, Nov 8 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Print any page

What is the expected behavior?
The printed page not missing anything

What went wrong?
The printed page has missing lines/characters

Did this work before? Yes 54.0.2840.71

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I scanned the printed pages, added the HTML I printed, and a "save as pdf" printing output. Tried it out on multiple pc-s. Was working before chrome update. The problem is not only with this page but with any page one the web. The printer is a SHARP AR-5620N network printer.

Getting this on a Brother MFC-L6900DW series under Windows 10 64 bit, same useragent as OP.

Please try using --disable-gdi-text-printing as a workaround. If you are not sure how, refer to: https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/command-line-flags

Otherwise, hang on and wait for a new update, which will apply the workaround by default.
